-Proverbs 16:31

Recently, I was in the church office talking to some of our folks when I recognized that we were

all in our “golden years.” I jokingly said that we could call our building the senior center. As a

pastor I used to worry about bringing in younger folks, and sometimes that led me to not

necessarily neglect, but certainly not focus enough on older folks. If you are older, embrace your

silver-haired crown, you are a blessing. If you are yet to have silver hair, embrace your youth

and vitality! I love that Trinity Church has a nice mix generationally and how well we get along.

Church is one of the few places in society where all ages come together regularly to worship

and spend time together. Trinity Church is truly a treasure!
